Cathy founded Shamrock Innovations with the vision that “people do business with people they know and trust.”  With more than 35 years experience in the Hospitality industry, directing and managing new business operations and driving established corporate divisions to record levels of success.  Her extensive experience in leading companies through startup, turnaround and growth modes, consistently producing results that surpassed corporate revenues and profit objectives, has given Cathy a solid reputation within the industry.  Cathy has served on many boards during her career,  most recently serving on SITE South East as the in-coming President for 2020.  When Cathy is not attending industry events or finding venues for her clients,  she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter (Brielle).  By practicing her core values of listening and exceeding expectations, she has formed  relationships that have lasted a lifetime and have benefited her most valuable clients.
